PART IV - MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
Regulation
85. Compliance with other written law.
Nothing in these
regulations shall-
(i) be construed as
relieving or exempting the owner of any steam boiler or unfired
pressure vessel or other
person from complying with the provisions of any other written
law;
(ii) operate to relieve
any owner, occupier, engineer, dredgemaster, driver or other
person from any civil or
criminal liability.
