Regulation
29. Chimneys.
(1) Every steam boiler
chimney made of mild steel which is fitted directly above the uptake or
smoke-box shall be
provided with a suitable cowl to prevent entry of rain.
(2) Every chimney shall be
provided to the satisfaction of an Inspector with facilities for cleaning
and repair.
