Regulation
60. Installation.
(1) Every stationary
unfired pressure vessel shall be installed so as to give sufficient space
between it and any other
machinery, wall, ceiling or column, for inspection and repairs. No part
thereof shall be encased
in concrete or earth.
(2) Every stationary
vertically mounted unfired pressure vessel shall be clear of the floor or
ground by a distance not
less than six inches.
(3) An air receiver shall
only be mounted vertically where the lower end is dished concave to
pressure so as to allow
proper drainage.
