Regulation
75. Routine Instructions.
Every owner, engineer or
dredgemaster shall issue routine instructions for the safe working of
any steam boiler and
unfired pressure vessel in his charge and shall satisfy himself that every
person employed on or in
close proximity thereto is familiar with and observes such instructions.
