Regulation
78. Notifiable occurrences.
The owner of any steam
boiler or unfired pressure vessel shall notify an Inspector in writing of
any occurrence which may
affect the safety or strength of the steam boiler or unfired pressure
vessel. Loss of boiler
water, the melting of a fusible plug and the bursting of a tube shall be
deemed to be notifiable
occurrences under this regulation.
